Welcome to FeedFinder ("we," "our," or "us"). By subscribing to our weekly intelligence briefings or accessing our website (the "Service"), you and the business entity you represent ("you" or "the Customer") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
1. The Service
FeedFinder delivers a weekly intelligence briefing consisting of custom post ideas and reply/comment opportunities tailored to your specified niche, keywords, and criteria.
Delivery: Reports are delivered directly to the business email address provided during checkout.
No Guarantee of Outcomes: While we provide tailored insights and inspiration, engagement metrics, pipeline growth, and algorithmic visibility on third-party platforms (such as LinkedIn) depend on your execution and platform variables beyond our control.
2. Subscriptions, Billing, and Quantity Adjustments
Billing Cycle: Services are billed on a recurring monthly subscription basis via Stripe.
Quantity Selectors: If you adjust the subscription quantity during checkout or within your account, you are purchasing additional individual user or tracking slots. Each slot is subject to the per-unit pricing displayed at the time of purchase.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your billing portal. Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. No refunds are issued for partial months.
3. Intellectual Property
The custom post ideas and reply inspirations generated specifically for your workspace are yours to use, modify, and publish. The underlying templates, system frameworks, software, and delivery mechanics used to produce the reports remain the exclusive intellectual property of FeedFinder.
